  • Costs Estimate, Reporting, Purchasing Negotiations and Cost Management for a multi-year contract with SHELL for provisions of civil works on SHELL onshore facilities (20 000 000€ per year of turn over) such as new roads in primary forests, Drilling platforms or concrete structures in oil processing facilities. Follow up of client requests form scope of work definition / clarification to estimation of works. Follow up of the works progress and planning update.
    Preparation & submission of interim applications for payment including monthly reporting to the client and the Head office. Produce planning related to work orders issued by the client. Follow up of the relation with the client and animation and reporting during construction meeting. Replace the PM as focus point when necessary. Proactive Interaction with all the Company departments (HSE, QAQC, Construction).
    Main activities:
    • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Client;
    • Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
    • Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;

  • -Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of the project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Ensures the availability of quality record documents about the project “Congo National Grid Revamping”. 

  • Main activities:
    • Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan on site.
    • Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
    • Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
    • Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.

    • Makes site personnel aware of and trainee them on quality topics.
    • Ensures, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.
    -Supervision of civil engineering, preparation of progress reports and construction supervision the activities were held at the new electric substation of Mindouli and along the high voltage power line under construction between Pointe-Noire and Brazzaville (Mindouli - Kinkala - Tsielampo 150 km).
